Follow these steps to get set up.

Open the downloaded Clippy.zip to unzip it.

Move Clippy.app to your Applications folder.

Double-click Clippy.app. When macOS blocks it, click Done. Then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway. Enter your password when prompted. This is a one-time step.

Grant Accessibility permission when prompted. Required for auto-paste. Clippy will show you exactly where to enable it.

Press ⌘ ⇧ V anywhere to open Clippy.
